Cruise Omni-Wheel Robot Platform
Robot platforms with omni-wheels are widely used in recent robotic applications. Thanks to their superior mobility, they can move in any desired direction and are designed in a rectangular structure. Omni-wheel robots have greater mobility compared to robots built with standard wheels because each wheel can move independently and due to their special design. As shown in the image, they can easily perform forward-backward and left-right turning movements, as well as diagonal movement, lateral sliding, and rotation around any axis.
